1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time.
2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory
4. Somo365 does not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements
5. Somo365 does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
6. Somo365 does not warrant that  the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable
7. Priority will be given to hotel guest that for any omissions when registration or check-in

Before payment made, please double check and make sure all details are correct:

1. Your credit card is required for payment confirmation.
2. Room rates will be charged upon confirmation.
3. Payments made are NOT refundable.
4. No changes on Check-in dates.
5. No changes on selected hotel branches.

Cancellation:

• The booking cannot be cancelled.
• The booking cannot be amend.
• Once booking is received the hotel will charge full payment to the credit card for the whole stay.

Cancellation of Vouchers and Tickets

• Voucher and ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only
• Somo365 retains the right to reject any voucher or ticket that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable
• The validity of the vouchers or tickets cannot be extended
